The most basic service we offer, we can keep it as simple as weekly mow and blow, to extravagant with our value-added services such as bi-weekly hard edging, and garden bed weeding! Mow and blow includes necessary string trimming and blowing grass clippings from walkways, driveways, patios, decks etc.… Hard edging maintains that crisp definition between grass and paved surfaces and includes string trimming any weeds that appear in the cracks and seams of these paved surfaces. ** We cannot hard edge asphalt as it has a rolled edge, we string trim these areas if requested to keep grass from growing over the edge of these surfaces.**

These are typically desired in the spring and fall seasons before and after our lawncare season. Spring cleanups are to prep your property for the spring and summer seasons. they can be as small as minor leaf removals from flower beds and any other catch points on your property that held yard debris through the winter, or as large as a full leaf cleanup if a fall cleanup wasn’t done before the previous winter. Fall cleanups are leaf removals and the dead heading of necessary flowers and shrubs to prep your property for the winter season.

We can maintain your current beds with weeding, fresh applications of mulch (or any bed fill), or edge redefining. Heacock’s can also design and install new flower beds or rework your existing beds. Flower beds can have various edges from natural to retaining walls and everything in-between, Heacock’s is happy to work with any and all materials desired by you!

Heacock’s can maintain your shrubs size and shape or wrangle neglected shrubs back to desirable and maintainable sizes! We always use “best practices” to maintain the health and appearance of your shrubs, but are willing to push the limits should you desire us to do so.

At this time, we only offer this service for single story homes with low pitch roofs. We blow leaf and stick debris from your gutters and clean up the mess when we’re done!

We source your desired plants from many local and online greenhouses. Heacock’s uses best practices to make sure your plant installation thrives and lives up to your desired appearance. Heacock’s can provide you with the necessary information to properly care for your newly installed plants or maintain them for you!

Lawn aerations are typically done in spring, fall, before over seeding, or before fertilization. An aeration helps to break up surface compaction that can happen over time blocking water and air from reaching the roots of your grass. Heacock’s provides core aeration which removes a small plug of topsoil and re-deposits it on the surface of your yard. Over seeding is to thicken your grass making it lusher and can address bare spots in your yard.

Heacock’s can remove clutter or debris built up on properties or in garages and barns. these jobs can be as small as a pickup load or as large 20-yard dumpster loads.
